The pool has an uninterrupted southern exposure , a sun deck
and is conveniently located close to the community park, which
is lakefront. You won’t want to miss staying at this exclusive

Our house has six bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first
floor and three bedrooms are on second floor. Their
descriptions follow:
Master King bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a king
size bed, a walk-in closet, a phone, a TV with a DVD player and
an En-suite bathroom that walks out to the Lanai area.
Master King bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has a king
size bed, a phone, a TV with a DVD player and an En-suite
bathroom.
Queen bedroom 1 is on the second floor and has a queen
size bed, a phone, a TV with a DVD player and a Jack-n-Jill
bathroom shared with twin bedroom 2.
Queen bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a queen size
bed, a phone, and a TV with a DVD player.
Twin bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has two twin size beds,
a phone, and a TV with a DVD player. A full bathroom is across
the hall from this bedroom.
Twin bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a
double futon bed on the bottom, a TV with a DVD player and
PlayStation 2 and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with queen
bedroom 1.
The other rooms in our house include:
Family Room has a large living area with a sectional sofa and
chair for your comfort and a big screen TV with DVD player.
Games Room has a game of Pool table, Foosball table,
Basketball shootout and a TV.
Café has table and chairs to seat 4 and doors to the Lanai
area. Enjoy a view of the pool and the lake from this eating
area.
Dining Room has table and chairs to seat 6 and has doors to
the Lanai area. The Dining Room has a beautiful view of the
pool and spa.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Loft area has a desk and high-speed DSL hookup so you can
bring your laptop and connect to the Internet, if needed.
Laundry Room has washer and dryer.
Our house has a beautiful 30’ X 15’ pool plus a spa with a
spillover waterfall into the pool. There is a beautiful view of the
Star Lake from the pool area. Pool heating is available during
the winter months at an additional cost. The screened-in pool
deck is 33’ X 40’. There is also a 10’ X 14 ½’ sundeck outside
of the screen. The Lanai area has a table and chairs. Lounge
chairs are set up around the pool
For your piece of mind the property is equipped with a house
and fire alarm system, alarms on every door leading to pool, fire
extinguishers and emergency lighting. Keyless entry for your
convenience so no need to collect keys from another address
